Listed are various birding reports submitted by birders of their experiences in the south, Many thanks to those who shared their reports with us and allowed us to post them on our website.
For those who are interested, I use the following books: Field Guides to Birds of Thailand (1990, Lekagul and Round), Field Guide to Birds of Thailand and Southeast Asia ((2003, Robson), Raptors of the World (2005, Ferguson-Lees and Christie), and Photographic Guide to Waders of the World (1995, Rosiar and Cottridge).
My primary birding equipment (for now) is an Olympus 8×40 DPS II binoculars and on my “lazy” days I use my Leica 8×20 Trinovid bins. (Thanks to Mr. Anton Schnell for the gift!)
